Country Strong Fitness has been home to a teen program for the past 6 years. Over the years we have trained kids from all sorts of backgrounds. Many with a sports based focus, and others simply striving to become stronger and healthier for day to day life. Having worked with the JR Cougar Football Program, Foothill Boys and Girls Basketball Programs, Redding Christian School, and other sport specific groups. We have experience in specialized sports training as well as general strength and conditioning for the everyday teen athlete.
